Accurately position mass bias angle locations and pin positions
relative to the PAP in one simple operation. Simply place the center of
the tool on the pin, rotate to line up the desired mass bias angle line
with the ball's marked mass bias and measure the desired pin distance
to PAP. Once you have chosen the layout and identified the PAP, use the
tandem horizontal and vertical scales to quickly locate the center of
